Honey is heavy so freight can be expensive. All international orders are shipped via NZ Post International air rates, which has the cheapest freight charge. We have been using NZ Post for over 15 years and have found this service to be very good.
It is really important that you provide an addresss that is deliverable by post. If a parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe you can let us know and we will submit a claim with NZ Post. They will then send a letter to the address originally supplied. If the recipient does not receive this letter, NZ Post will not provide insurance, as they will deem the address as not a correct or deliverable address. Honeymeisters will not refund or resend in this circumstance. Therefore, be very careful to ensure the address you supply is correct and deliverable, including necessary post codes.

You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
