Our Exclusive Activity Manuka Honey has been tested for it's non-peroxide activity (NPA) only, and has a NPA antibacterial activity rating of 10%+. It is this non-peroxide activity that is unique to manuka honey that was first discovered by Dr Peter Molan, Professor at the Waikato University, New Zealand.
