The Kamahi tree is a native tree found on the fringes of New Zealand’s forests, in valleys, and near streams. The majority of kamahi honey is collected from the West Coast of the South Island. Every spring the elegant white flowers of the evergreen Kamahi attract the honey bee and its sweet tasting honey will linger in your mouth.
