We run a honey production facility which is currently based in a rural location on the Canterbury plains, North of Christchurch. From this facility, we supply our own stores with our honey and honey-based products.
As we only supply our own stores, we do not wholesale or export.
The plan was to open a store in Christchurch, but after the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes destroying most of the CBD, we will be moving our production facility near Auckland so we can open up stores there.
The Wellington store operates like a franchise store; and we are constantly making improvements to it so we can use this as our model to franchise stores throughout New Zealand in the future.
